The present review explores various diseases on soybean crops and recognizes the need for developing a rapid, cost-effective, and reliable system for detecting diseases that would upgrade the agricultural sector. It describes the currently used technologies for assist in monitoring health and diseases in plants under field conditions. These technologies include spectroscopic and imaging-based, and volatile profiling-based plant, artificial neural network, machine vision ,using metadata and remote sensing and geospatial technology Site-specific crop management for agriculture field.
