Post installed rebar connections are being widely used in practice. The technology of post-installed reinforcing bars isgaining importance since these bars are being frequently used in horizontal, vertical, and overhead applications in retrofit andrehabilitation of structures. Systems for installation of post- installed reinforced bars using injectable adhesive are in used in concretestructure. This paper briefly discusses about post-installed rebar connections, its failure modes, Eurocode approach to design, postinstalledreinforcement approval and static effect of rebaring on concrete structure
