In the Wireless Sensor Network (WSN), the data prediction approach is needed to attain data effectively by diminishing node energy consumption. Hence, in this research, Water cycle Fire Fly Optimization and Deep Long Short-Term Memory (WCFO+ Deep LSTM) approach is employed for aggregation and reduction of data. The processes involved in the developed method are node simulation, cluster-based topology construction, routing tree construction, and data aggregation. Initially, IoT nodes are simulated in the network environment. The cluster-based topology construction is made using the WCFO algorithm. The WCFO is developed by the integration of the Firefly Optimization Algorithm (FOA) and Water cycle algorithm (WCA). The cluster-based topology is constructed by considering the objective function that includes the parameters, including distance, delay, link quality, and energy. After that, the routing process is performed using developed WCFO approach for constructing a routing tree and estimating the optimal path. Finally, the Deep LSTM is trained by the proposed WCFO algorithm, which is utilized for executing data reduction and data aggregation process with minimum energy consumption. The devised WCFO+ Deep LSTM approach achieved better performance in terms of prediction error, delay, energy, and Packet delivery ratio (PDR) with values 0.029, 0.001s, 0.161J and 99.054%, respectively. © 2023 World Scientific Publishing Company.

Optimal Cluster-Based Topology and Deep LSTM-Based Prediction Method for Data Reduction in IoT

Nowadays, there is huge energy demand, and this energy demand is fulfilled by fossil fuels, but these non-renewable resources will create crisis in future especially for developing countries. Hence, the implementation of renewable resources and increasing their dependency is a major concern. In this paper, simulation was done for one of the heat transfer augmentation techniques in the solar water heater that by implementing rectangular fins also without fins and different materials such as copper, stainless steel, and aluminium. The CAD model was created in Solid works, and thermal analysis was done in Autodesk Fusion 360. Finally, the result achieved was that the rectangular-based solar water fin tube had greater heat flow than the without fin solar water tube by 12 °C. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

The aim this paper is to make the trader’s life easy with all kinds of exploratory data analysis and to bring the forecast with the deep learning model. We have used a different kind of analysis to come to a point on which we have built a model completely based on long short-term memory and recurrent neural network. We have also performed different types of graphs to explain the trend of the company user searches. The trend is a line graph depicting years and months based on user selection. Since forecasting has highly emerged, there has been a lot of research on this topic. The stock market is always the scientist’s favourite category to show their skills. This paper attention on the analysis and prediction of stock values that do not take care of party-political tenures, and financial tension which disturbs the stock market. Stock Market Prediction Using Recurrent Neural Network and Long Short-Term Memory

Self-aligning idler provides a unique solution for rectifying the belt mistracking and aligning the belt to its centerline. A misaligned conveyor will cause the belt to run off-center to one side. In this study, the existing self-aligning idler assembly being used for belt conveyors has been analyzed and an alternate assembly is designed to overcome limitations in the existing system. The newly designed assembly takes an edge over the existing assembly as it gives flexibility for adjusting the troughing angle and varying design capacity. The taper rollers are used instead of flat idler rollers which are self-actuating and provide a quick response system. The idler bracket is also modified to optimize the weight and cost of the total idler assembly. For the first time, the newly developed assembly offers the advantage of variable conveyor capacity and Troughing angle adjustment. Also, the assembly assures the lightweight construction to optimize conveyor power requirements. © 2022
