The paper intends to propose a system that willhelp the personnel in areas deemed dangerous and lifethreateningto eliminate any harmful material that theyencounter. The system proposed will be mounted on anunmanned vehicle that will be controlled through a GraphicalUser Interface (GUI). The system will have a water-jet cuttingmechanism that will help to dispose off hazardous and lifethreateningsubstances. A Global Positioning Sensor (GPS) willhelp in the localization of the entire system. The system can befurther improved by interfacing additional sensors.
