Mrs. Manisha R. Kowdiki has graduated in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering in 2001 and has completed M. E. (Communication System) in 2013 from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. Currently Mrs. Kowdiki is pursuing Ph.D. in the area of Sign Language Recognition under the guidance of Dr. Arti Khaparde from Savitribai Phule, Pune University.

She is working with Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune as a Assistant Professor in the department of Electronics and Tele Communication Engineering from 7 years.

Earlier, Mrs Kowdiki had worked in A.I.S.S.M.S. Engineering college and J.S.P.M. Polytechnic college, Pune as a Lectures. She has 11 years of teaching experience in the subjects like Basic Electronics Engineering, Basic Electrical Engineering, Electronics Devices & Circuits, Digital communication, Optical fiber communication, Communication Theory, Audio & Video Engineering and Microwave Engineering. She has 3 years of Industrial experience .
