Prof. Meenal is a post-graduate in MBA –Marketing and has submitted her Ph.D thesis in the area of Consumer Behaviour at RTM Nagpur University.

Currently Prof. Pendse is working as a Asst. Professor at MIT World Peace University. Prior to this she was working as a Asst. Prof. and HOD- Marketing at Matrix Business School.

She has started her career with Japfa Comfeed India Ltd , an Indonesean MNC as a Marketing Coordinator . She has more than 18 years of experience.

Prof. Pendse has presented and published around 10 research papers and a case in various journals and conferences organized across the country.
