Currently she is working with MIT College of Engineering as an Assistant Professor in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering since July 2015. Prajakta Pardeshi has 2.8 years of experience in teaching. She has published 8 research papers in National / International conferences/ Journals and attended around twenty Conferences, workshops and Seminars.

She had organized Industry Visits,and Guest Lectures for students. She is a Life member of ISTE. She has Active role in Establishing NPTEL Local Chapter & E-yantra Laboratory in the E&TC Dept. She has handled major administrative responsibilities like active member of NBA Committee criteria 1,2,4, Coordinated International Collaborations for the department,Website committee member for E&Tc Department ,Student Mentor, Committee member and Co-ordinator for various technical and cultural events. Supervisor for SPPU Examinations, Member of Counselling Committee for MITWPU Admissions, Liasoning Officer at Bhartiya Chhatra Sansad, Facilitator in youth to youth connect in BCS, Teacher to Teacher facilitator in National Teacher’s Congress. She is motivating and guiding students for taking part in various research and innovation competitions. Her main Interest is to Work on Collaborating National-International Institutes/ Industries, Digital Transformations to meet Innovations.
