Sagar Kolapkar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at MIT-WPU. He holds a B.E. degree from Pune University and an M.Tech degree in Transportation Systems Engineering from IIT Guwahati. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. from MIT WPU. Sagar has published two patents in the field of civil engineering materials and has written a book on advanced transportation engineering. He has made significant contributions in writing the parking policy for Pune Municipal Corporation. Sagar is also a certified road safety auditor from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRT&H). His research interests include transportation engineering, road safety, and civil engineering materials.
