Web Heat Maps are used to identify the click patterns and activities visited by the users of the website. Using heat maps, one can make a manual decision based on the user's click activity. This paper proposes a framework using TensorFlow to identify and detect the users click activity in real time. Tensor Flow also suggest or take business decisions predicted through users clicks. This paper models Tensor Flow's machine learning library to take automated decisions like placement of suitable products, placement of advertisements and others based on the highest clicks recorded by the users. The results predict that the future businesses like e-commerce, fashion and retail industry can benefit more if this framework is deployed in such applications. © 2018 IEEE.

TensorFlow based website click through Rate (CTR) prediction using heat maps

Automatic recognition of emotions is a challenging task and can be performed using single modal or multimodal inputs. It can enhance the effectiveness of human machine interaction systems and need of the time as it has applications in various domains. The study discusses the experiments carried out to capture and analyze the data which is related to human health. Images of the subjects under study are captured along with human health data and the degree of presence/absence of all seven universally accepted emotions is derived from images and depicted in the form of emotion profile. Facial affect recognition is performed on MIST database a locally created context specific database of images with health data like pulse rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Emotions are categorized as neutral, positive and negative for MIST database. Accuracy obtained as 91.38%. Affect health data is analyzed for deviation in positive and negative emotion category with reference to neutral category. The inference derived from this affect health data analysis is that the observed deviation for negative emotions with respect to neutral emotion category falls into high deviation ranges for more No. of subjects as compare to deviation for positive emotions with respect to neutral emotion category.

Facial Affect Recognition and Impact of Affect Arousal on Health Data

The recent advancements in information technology and the web tend to increase the volume of data used in day-to-day life. The result is a big data era, which has become a key issue in research due to the complexity in the analysis of big data. This paper presents a technique called FPWhale-MRF for big data clustering using the MapReduce framework (MRF), by proposing two clustering algorithms. In FPWhale-MRF, the mapper function estimates the cluster centroids using the Fractional Tangential-Spherical Kernel clustering algorithm, which is developed by integrating the fractional theory into a Tangential-Spherical Kernel clustering approach. The reducer combines the mapper outputs to find the optimal centroids using the proposed Particle-Whale (P-Whale) algorithm, for the clustering. The P-Whale algorithm is proposed by combining Whale Optimization Algorithm with Particle Swarm Optimization, for effective clustering such that its performance is improved. Two datasets, namely localization and skin segmentation datasets, are used for the experimentation and the performance is evaluated regarding two performance evaluation metrics: clustering accuracy and DB-index. The maximum accuracy attained by the proposed FPWhale-MRF technique is 87.91% and 90% for the localization and skin segmentation datasets, respectively, thus proving its effectiveness in big data clustering.

Combustion Characterization of Laser Ignition of Methane Air Mixture in a Constant Volume Combustion Chamber

This paper reviews the multiple aspects of flow assurance problems, from a production standpoint, with an aim to provide a deeper understanding of the work that needs to be done to mitigate them. It is seen in multiple case studies that proposed solutions to specific problems do not work well and need to be reinvestigated. Hydrate plugging, wax deposition and asphaltene and scale build-up are typical flow assurance problems. Generally, it has been seen that, under conducive circumstances, these three issues take place in conjunction with each other, which further intensifies the problem; e.g. low temperatures lead to an acceleration of both hydrate formation and rate of wax deposition. An integrated study of the crude with the surrounding conditions would provide a clearer picture, which would help in diagnosing the best possible measure to prevent it. Work done in this paper builds on the initial overview and discusses methods of assessing and analytically predicting flow assurance problems that might arise during the course of the production. Integrating the three issues together and then predicting the problems that might arise would significantly lower the chances of escalation of the situation. From a safety perspective, the paper further discusses the measures that need to be taken during the planning phase of the project, to omit any future situations of such problems once a risk has been identified during the prediction phase. Preventive measures for each of the three flow assurance problems give an integrated outlook of how to tackle these issues together. This paper further sheds light on how to plan an integrated approach for the management of the flow assurance problems in a multiphase flow system.

Integrating, Predicting and Preventing Flow Assurance Issues - A Review

In the original published version of this article, an error was present in "Table 1: Phase composition of cement, rice straw ash and microsilica". The values pertaining to percentage amount of SiO2, CaO and MgO in cement were incorrect. The correct values are 20.34, 62.16 and 0.79 respectively. The authors apologize for the mistake. In orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) systems, the least square (LS) in addition to the technique of linear minimum mean square error (LMMSE) channel estimation are compared using frequency as well as time domain in this paper. A constant LMMSE channel estimation has been proposed in time domain where the channel is not intimated before. It is presented by the Simulation outcomes that the channel estimation execution can be improved by the techniques of time domain but not using the techniques of frequency domain. Additionally, using the technique of LMMSE, higher accuracy is achieved by the proposed method which is presented in the outputs of the simulation. © 2019 IEEE.

Synchronization and Channel Estimation in OFDM using Modified Linear Minimum Mean Square Error

MR Images contain a significant amount of noise which is complex in nature and is inconsistent throughout the image. Hence it becomes important to study a detailed relation between different statistical parameters of the image. In this paper, a ratio of the mean of the corrupted pixel intensities and the brightest pixel is found to be constant for a wide range of input noise. Using this finding, a simple equation for SNR is derived and is compared with the standard formula of SNR calculation. The absolute difference was studied and observations are drawn. The proposed algorithm was implemented on synthetic images from BrainWeb data base using MATLAB 2015a. © 2019 IEEE.

A Study of Statistical Parameters of Rician Distributed MR Images

Now a days the data on cloud is one of the major concern for the researcher and enterpriser, in respect with cost maintenance, availability for the use with greater reliability over the transfer. Storing the data and hosting with the cheaper cost is one of the major task. Once user put data on cloud he fell confident on data. In this regard we have proposed a scheme where authenticity of data is protected while transfer. This scheme also work for the optimization of cost while transfer from one to other with secure channel for transfer. The optimization of image is very good with the fragmentation of pixel. Time required for the reconstruction of image is very less so that system is more efficient .The chunk of image is decide by the user with fix number so it’s easy to avoid losses in fragmentation .The encryption technic used for the security aspect while transferring data or images .We have provided 2 level security first for chunk with encrypted format and the file where chunk sequence are stored is also in encrypted format We have found that our scheme shows greater performance with the existing system with the variety of aspects.
