In the digital world aided by Networked Computers, it is a daunting task toenforce security measures, especially when the data is potentially confidential to the firm at hand. With high efficiency systems in place, like firewalls and honey pots, to negate any attack over the network, the perpetrators now concentrate on breaking the weaker links in any organization, the employees. For an enterprise it is very important for employer to have a performance evaluation of his employees and to detect insider attacks and to keep company's data safe and prevent leaking of the companies secure data. An employee activity tool is a tool which allows an employer to track the activities of an employee in his working environment. The employee activity tool is based on remote administration concept. This tool will have a platform on which various plug-in can be written. The employee activity tracking tool will be multiplatform. The loss of productivity and intellectual theft are major concerns in any organization. In this paper we have studied various operations to be performed needed to be performed to enforce security measures against insider attack and to track and increase employee's productivity.

Literature Survey on Employee Activity Tracking Tool in an Intranet based System for Security and Performance Evaluation

The purpose of the study conducted in this paper is to realize the effects of various types of losses involved in primarily three types of solar thermal power plants viz. Parabolic Trough, Linear Fresnel and Heliostat power plant and to find out the best possible among them according to the plant efficiencies. System Advisor Model (SAM) [1] was used as an analyzing tool to conduct the studies. Although, the study does not take into account, the financial aspects of the systems, it will nonetheless provide an idea about the merits and demerits of these types of power plants. Quantitative Comparison of Various Types of Solar Concentrator Power Plants

Wearing has a direct influence on the efficiency, finishing and quality of products. Therefore, this is a critical point, when considered the aspects of tool components recovery, occurrences of tool fractures and undesirable production line stops. Moreover, the industry production growing speeds push the search for a higher efficiency level of manufacturing. One of the main causes of wearing is the friction between contact surfaces by relative sliding in general, with some exceptions as for braking, the wear coefficient and pressure must be as low as possible to reduce wearing. The aim of this paper is to find wear behaviour of bare SAE 4140 steel material. This work involves Chemical Composition testing of substrate steel material to get the exact composition of SAE 4140 steel and it is used for wear as well as fatigue testing. This paperwork also involves wear test on Pin-on-Disc set up. The study uses ANSYS WORKBENCH-12 software to derive the finite element model of the standard specimen. Based on this model, Von-misses stresses &amp; displacements are found.

This paper presents the study of different trends in powertrain optimization which includes tackling the major problem of friction, improving functioning of alternative or hybrid powertrains, clutch engagement control in mechanical powertrains as well as study of the case study of efficiency improvement on powertrain design done by VOLVO involving Super truck.

The aim of this paper is to report an illustrative and comprehensive study of most popular emotion recognition methods, which are generally used in emotion recognition problems. We are motivated by the lack of detailed study of all possible techniques implementations in available literature. The Buyer needs to pay for the usage ofelectricity on schedule, in case that he couldn‟t pay, the electricity transmission can be turned off autonomously fromthe distant server. Topology of a structure can be defined as a spatial arrangement of structural members and internal boundaries. Topology optimization means varying the connectivity between structural members of discrete structures or between domains of continuum structures this contributes to the development of structural design and mass reduction of vehicle components. The overall weight of the vehicle can be reduced to achieve savings in raw material costs and consequently processing cost as well as improve fuel efficiency and reduce carbon emissions to help sustain the environment.

Topology optimization of Automotive Steering Knuckle using Finite Element Analysis

About 71% of earth is covered with water and yet it is ironical that one most the most dangerous problem the world is facing now is water scarcity. About 97% of available water is in the form of ocean so it is not potable. Conventional desalination processes involve use of either coal or electricity, but as climate change is becoming a serious problem with each passing day more research needs to be done in using non-conventional sources for heating water like solar or wind energy. This paper is a review of various design parameters and climatic conditions that affect the output of a solar still. It also deals with the effects of use of carbon nano particles and PCM (Phase Change Materials) on the output of a solar still.

Now-a-days we are expected to achieve a lot more in a limited amount of time. Thus our project aims to help by using HomeAutomation System which can be controlled via voice. We will be using Jasper software for voice recognition. The software will recognize thevoice command given at the microphone and will generate according data. The pi will use this data in the code to produce according output.Thus the various devices will be controlled through voice. Also in addition we have designed a code which will automatically switchon/off the devices according to schedule of the user.
