Agro food processing sector has drawn a great attention in the recent past. One side it is helping to Increase shelf-life of agro food products and other side it is creating the space to meet the demand of current dynamic market. Changing life style, Increasing nuclear family culture and less availability of time to cook food, has emerged as a big opportunity to food processing industry in India with almost 70 % contribution to its retail sector. Increasing demand for food processing products has given a rise to the number of firms operating in the sector however and many small firms find it difficult to survive for longer term. Due to lack of expertise, exposure and resources, small firms face many challenges in their way. This study endeavours to understand the enterprise challenges specifically faced by small scale agro-food processing firms. The supported data will be collected from fruits and vegetable processing firms registered with Pune District Industries Centre (DIC). Descriptive research methodology will be used and hypothesis will be tested through collected data with the help of T-test statistical tool to draw the conclusion.

STUDY OF BEHAVIOUR OF NRI ABOUT FOREIGN EXCHANGE REMITTANCES

In this article, the researcher wants to describe the celebrity branding concept in which the major focus is on Bollywood celebrities. The article also explores the way of calculating a brand value for celebrity brands. The article is based on secondary data. Celebrity branding from fields like Politics and Sports have been also mentioned. In the end, the celebrity brand values have been segregated based on the gender of celebrities and the result shows that for female celebrities there is a positive correlation between the celebrity value and celebrity earnings As the reports on brand value and celebrity brand earnings are not consistent, so we cannot rely completely on the findings of these reports. The methodologies to calculate the celebrity brand value are also different, so no concrete conclusion can be drawn about the celebrity brand values.

Insider Trading Regulations are not much a talk of past in India as India is a developing country so laws of India are continuously get amended. Now India follows SEBI (Insider Trading Regulation), 2015. Countries like U.S.A. have these laws from a long time and by getting motivated from U.S.A. securities several other countries followed the path and made Insider Regulation for their own countries. Companies in India are also allowed to have their own Insider Regulation which needs to be in harmonization with the Insider Trading Regulation. By looking at all this scenario a need was felt for this scenario to examine and analyse. This study covers the comparative analysis of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Insider Trading Regulation of U.S.A. It also discusses the problems and issues in implementation of Insider regulations in India and probable solutions through US laws.
