Microfinance is a sort of banking services given to people1 with low income, who generally would have no different access to financial services. The objective of Microfinance is to eventually offer the individuals the chance of being financially free. Numerous individuals look to family, companions, or even credit sharks for assistance. Microfinance enables people to assume financial services securely and in a way that is reliable with moral lending practices. The researcher after analyzing the research papers, have found that the Microfinance has a long way to go. Microfinance plays a key role in the lives of the individual with low income by giving him access to the capital. India is a developing country and still it faces the problem of poverty and Microfinance can help India curb Poverty2 issues. This topic has been chosen by the researcher to study various aspects of Microfinance within the Indian boundaries like, how it can provide sustainable solutions to people with lower income, how it can encourage savings and investments within the community and how it can offer economic gains even after the income levels remain same. The research design included conducting interviews, carrying out survey about Microfinance and its products and using the secondary sources to meet the objectives of the research. Grounded Theory Analysis has been used by the researcher to analyze the data. The research may provide the readers, insights on what more is needed to spread the impact of Microfinance. The research will investigate the benefits of collaborating Microfinance with Stock Market and Health Insurance. The research proposes three financial products, which can attract the poor and thus satisfy the ultimate objective of Financial Inclusion. Cost of providing the services remains bottleneck of most of the Microfinance Enterprises. This study only deals with the necessary aspects3 of services and products required to help people raise their standard of living. Further there is a scope to carry out research on risks associated with Microfinance enterprises and its products and finding out ways to curb those risks. Environmentalism has emerged as an important issue worldwide in the 21st century. The issues of environmental degradation and climate change show a critical challenge to sustainable development in India. Various green services initiated by the hospitality industry are being implemented which influence people to take environment-friendly decisions. Making consumers' environmental conscious or aware could be one solution to the problem. Several research analysis is being undertaken by the business community and academicians to identify consumers' behaviour while buying and using green products and services. However, this study aims to investigate Indian consumers' consciousness towards the environment and impact on buying and using decisions towards green services of the hotel industry based on their awareness level. By using a questionnaire method and random sampling technique, a total of 463 responses were collected from the domestic tourists. The present study confirms that Indian consumers are environmentally conscious. The result has concluded that if Indian consumers are environmentally conscious (EC) then they would have a positive willingness to pay (WTP) and would have positive green acceptance behaviour (GAB). This resulted in increasing the consciousness of consumers and take a favourable decision towards green services of the hotel industry. Indian Consumers' Environmental Consciousness and Decision Towards Green Services of Hospitality Industry

Predicting the binding mode of flexible polypeptides to proteins is an important task that falls outside the domain of applicability of most small molecule and protein−protein docking tools. Here, we test the small molecule flexible ligand docking program Glide on a set of 19 non-$α$-helical peptides and systematically improve pose prediction accuracy by enhancing Glide sampling for flexible polypeptides. In addition, scoring of the poses was improved by post-processing with physics-based implicit solvent MM- GBSA calculations. Using the best RMSD among the top 10 scoring poses as a metric, the success rate (RMSD ≤ 2.0 \AA for the interface backbone atoms) increased from 21% with default Glide SP settings to 58% with the enhanced peptide sampling and scoring protocol in the case of redocking to the native protein structure. This approaches the accuracy of the recently developed Rosetta FlexPepDock method (63% success for these 19 peptides) while being over 100 times faster. Cross-docking was performed for a subset of cases where an unbound receptor structure was available and in that case, 40% of peptides were docked successfully. We analyze the results and find that the optimized polypeptide protocol is most accurate for extended peptides of limited size and number of formal charges, defining a domain of applicability for this approach.

Structured products are financial instruments designed and created for HNI's High Net worth Individuals investors for exposure to something through a derivative contract. The objective of Structured Product is to eventually offer principal protection with expectation of Equity like returns. The researcher after analyzing the research papers, have found that Structured Product has a long way to go. Structured Product plays a key role for HNI's with composition of fixed income and derivative component. The significant combination allows the product to maximize the probability of generating expected returns while keeping the risk level in check. The return of an SP Structured Product is linked with performance of Nifty. The returns generated can vary according to rise in level of Nifty. This topic has been chosen by researcher to study and experiment various designs and strategy of developing a SP. The research design included conducting interviews, carrying out survey about Structured products, and using the secondary sources to meet the objectives of the research. Grounded Theory Analysis has been used by the researcher to analyze the data. The research may provide the readers with detail working of SP with its Strategy of Investment and expected returns. SP have been around since 2006 in India and is expanding at steady pace with more investors taking notice of their noteworthy performance across these years. Further there is a scope to carry out research on returns of SP by using different derivative component like Foreign currency and commodity market as well and also to increase the performance of SP by generating more returns. Market unpredictability has created a pressing need for products that can not only sustain through the market disorder but also prosper during those phases. So an investor should not only try to prevent the investment from eroding when the market stagnate or fall, but also generate positive returns during that phase. An Experimental Study to Develop a Structured Product for Financial Benefits of Investors

Introduction: Blood Transfusions are used for various medical conditions to replace lost components of the blood. One may need a blood transfusion due to several reasons including blood lost during major surgery, childbirth, a severe accident and in severe cases of anemia. Since there is no substitute for blood and its products blood should be utilized thoughtfully and optimum utilization should be ensured. Methods: A retrospective study was carried out in a tertiary care hospital for a period of one month to study the utilization of the blood. The parameters studied included detailed study of the components of blood utilized and not utilized. Classification of blood components utilized was done age-wise, gender-wise and department-wise. Also, percentage of discard of blood components from blood bank as well from the components being returned was noted. Results: The total units of blood collected in the month of February & March were 853 and 791 units respectively. The components maximally utilized were leucocytes reduced red cell component. The component, which showed maximum wastage, was Random donor platelet. Maximum blood was utilized within the age group 41-64. Male patients required more of blood units than females. The reason for maximum wastage was found to be “Expired Sample”. The maximum return seen was of red blood cells. The average time taken for return was 113 minutes. Conclusion: This study implies the need for efficient blood banking so that blood components can be utilized resourcefully and minimal wastage can be ensured.

Celebration Candles: Confronting Growth Challenges

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to review the risk categories which are predominant in international projects and to rank them according to their effect on project success. Design/methodology/approach: A literature survey of peer-reviewed journal articles, survey reports and books on project management is used as the research methodology. One among the various multi-criteria decision making methods named as Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to the Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) has been used to rank the risk categories according to their importance. The data for TOPSIS were collected through questionnaire as the research instrument. Findings: The findings derived from evaluation of the publications led to the identification of eight different types of risk categories associated with international projects. The TOPSIS method resulted into political risks, technical risks and design-related risks as the top three risk categories in international projects. Contractual and legal risks and fraudulent practices-related risks are relatively low-ranked risk category. Research limitations/implications: The findings will be useful in successful implementation of international projects as the knowledge of risk categories and their ranking will help project manager to plan the risk response strategies. A larger sample size for decision makers and more variety of projects can give more exhaustive risk categories and their ranking. Practical implications: This paper explores eight different risk categories in international projects. It represents the ranking of risk categories according to their importance in project success. This will be helpful to project managers for developing a general framework for planning the appropriate risk response strategies. Social implications: Governments of many countries around the world are encouraging their industries to undertake and successfully complete projects in foreign countries. However, many industries experience failure in projects as they fail to implement the risk management (RM) effectively in international projects. This research work provides the risk categories in international projects and their ranking which can assist in developing strategies to respond the risk appropriately. Originality/value: This paper uses the TOPSIS method for ranking major types of risk categories in international projects. It might represent new opportunities for rigorous and relevant research that would contribute to an in-depth knowledge of RM methodologies.

Ranking the risk categories in international projects using the TOPSIS method

Introduction: The quality of healthcare depends on many factors, including timely availability of a patient's medical information. There is a wide gap in healthcare services provided to rural and urban areas of India. Objective: To study the use of EMR in chronic disease management and to study the challenges while implementing EMR in rural areas of Andhra Pradesh. Method: In this project, the study design used was Descriptive research and was conducted in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Under hospital they have formed a foundation, under which they had different community centres in different villages where the EMR software was implemented. Study was conducted among the patients visiting to the community centres. Results and Discussion: Out of 1305 patients 576 were diabetic which is 44% and 688 were having hypertension which is 52% of total number of patients. Initial adoption of an EMR system requires allocation of time for learning and training. Primary care (Community centres) practices need to budget for the onetime costs associated with implementation. Application: EMR have been promoted as a potential tool for narrowing the quality gap. The benefits of electronic medical records include increased use of appropriate preventive services, improved chronic disease management and reduction in medical errors. Conclusion: Clinical documentation and health information portability are the biggest challenges in urban and rural areas of India. This project focuses on how EMR system could help in prompt availability of medical information at the point of care.
