Lung cancer is one of the most difficult diseases to treat and has a high mortality rate. The treatment usually depends on early tumour detection. Effective analysis of early tumours helps patients in fast recovery. Traditional medical imaging procedures such as x-ray, CT scan, MRI etcetera have low potential when it comes to effective detection of lung tumours. Convolutional Neural networks or CNN have rapidly gained doctors and researchers attention due to their capacity for accurate image processing. The present study shows the impact of CNN in lung cancer detection. Secondary qualitative method of data analysis is used to collect relevant and factual information related to research topic. Their responses were further justified with secondary journals and articles. The major goal of this project is to identify malignant lung nodules in an input lung picture and to categorise lung cancer and its severity. This study employs unique Deep learning approaches to determine the location of malignant lung nodules. © 2022 IEEE.

Currently, lung cancer alone causes around 20% of all mortalities in cancer. In 2018 alone, 1.8 million deaths were accounted. Lung cancer does not show any prominent symptoms. The survival rate of affected persons can be enhanced by early detection of up to five years. Radiologists examine the chest CT scans slice wise for malignancy detection. The potential challenge in the prediction of the lung nodules is the variation in size, shape, the location of nodules, and the existence of nodules resembling objects. A manual detection is cumbersome and requires a high degree of skill and precision. Researchers throughout the world are currently working on developing a computer-aided approach to assist the radiologists. This study is intended to explore the different techniques for nodule detection, classification, and False Acceptance Reduction (FAR). This paper summarizes the advancements in feature-based and neural network based techniques along with their limitations and required further investigations. Identification And Expenditure Tracking Using RFID Based Intelligent Card

The proposed system is developed for tracking temperature at various places. The proposed system is a Temperature Monitoring system that allows us to continually check the temperature of a given place it may be a room, heater, oven or furnace. We have improved some features of over the old system available in the market, i.e. The data is stored in Database can be accessed from all over the World. This proposed system is divided primarily into two sections that are the equipment and programming. The equipment part comprises of Temperature Sensor, Jumper Wires, Programmable Logic Controller, and Analog Card Raspberry Pie 3. Raspberry pi takes data and saves it in the MySQL database. The MySQL database is connected to a User Interface which is a webpage, the data onto the database is extracted is displayed on the user-friendly Webpage which can be accessed from all over the World. An Efficient Temperature Monitoring using Raspberry Pi

Glossophobia is the most common problem in today's world. Glossophobia leads to the problem of lack of confidence, high blood pressure, depression and dry mouth. In this project we plan to create system that will help all these brilliant minds in making their voices heard. The major fear while public speaking is the crowd and the thought of messing up in front of so many people. We plan to overcome both these problems by using Virtual Reality. It is quite a new technology and therefore is still in a developmental stage, its potential is hidden. We think by creating an auditorium full of people in Virtual Reality will help people develop the stage confidence public speaking needs. We will develop a system to keep track of the users fumbling and his heart rate to understand how confident the person is. With all this information, the system will give him, a grade to make it engage, a few pointers and constructive criticism. In this system user's Speech will be recorded, then it will be converted to text. Converted text will be compared using different text comparison algorithm to develop a result vector which will be used to generate result statistics and thus help user to know his/her skills. © 2020 IEEE.
