Dr. Vinaya Gohokar has 26 years’ experience of teaching and research in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. Graduated in 1991 from S.G.B. Amravati University in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, She has completed her M.S.in Electronics and Control from B.I.T.S, Pilani and received Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering in 2009 from Amravati University.

She is working as Associate Professor with M.I.T. since 2014. She has organized many Short term Training Programs, hands on workshops and delivered expert lectures in area of Microwave Communication, Internet of things and Image Processing. She has received grants around 30 Lakhs from AICTE under various schemes.

Dr. Gohokar is registered Ph.D. Guide in Amravati and Nagpur University. Seven research scholars are working under her guidance in various fields including Image and Video processing, Internet of Things and Communication. She has guided over 15 M.E. and 40 U.G. Projects. There are over 50 research publications in National as well as International Journals to her credit. She reviewed many research papers for International conferences and Journals. She is life member of ISTE and IETE
