Assume the person is unable to notify their caregiver when they are uncomfortable or in distress. Caregivers dealing with locked-in patients must currently rely on their instincts, troubleshooting skills, and standard operating procedures to offer the best care possible. And with these safeguards in place, patients continue to suffer from needless rashes, illnesses, and deaths that should have been avoided. Patient Behavioral Analysis with Smart Healthcare and IoT

Diabetes is also known as diabetes mellitus is one of the world’s most prominent health hazards of the current times. It is a chronic disease in which the pancreas isn’t able to produce the right amounts of insulin for the body to absorb glucose into the body cells for energy and stays in the bloodstream in turn raising the blood glucose levels. If this is not detected and treated on time, it can affect other body organs as well and leads to organ failure thus becoming fatal.Machine learning and data mining are two emerging fields in today’s tech world. With the help of these methods, we can observe the past data behaviors and can then predict the future outcomes to a certain extent. This brings rise to the term ‘prediction models’ that we all know in today’s tech world. Keeping this in mind, we can create predictive models for diabetes prediction. This helps in the early detection of diabetes so that it can be treated at the earliest to avoid complications. By finding out the highest accuracy model, we can accurately predict whether the patient is diabetic beforehand and prevent further health issues. This research paper discusses the techniques that have been used to create a unique predictive model for the prediction of diabetes.

&nbsp;The crime rate is increasing at a high rate in India. Terrorist attacks like Mumbai 26/11, Pulwama attack, Pune German Beckary attacks have created terrific fear amongst Indian Society. Video analytics plays a significant role in detecting and predicting such suspicious&nbsp;human activities using deep learning models It will help in reducing the increasing crime rate by preventing treacherous actions.&nbsp;Video analytics&nbsp;analyzes the video content and adds brains to eyes i.e. analytics to the camera. It extracts contents from the video by monitoring the video in real-time. There is a huge advancement in human action recognitions and prediction-related research but still, state of art algorithms needs improvement in classifying it. The main objective here is to create a dataset for Indian scenarios for different crime actions like Fighting, Abuse, Arrest, Arson&nbsp; &amp; Burglary. It can then be used to train a deep learning model to detect and predict criminal actions reducing terrorism in India.

Leveraging Market Sentiment for Stock Price Prediction using GAN

Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) achieved great attention in different domains due to the easy maintenance, scalability characteristics, and self-configuration. It is arranged with small-sized sensors that are interacted with the Internet of Things (IoT) to observe and records physical environmental conditions. Due to the dynamic nature and less resources of sensor nodes, searching for the optimal and secure routing path results in a challenging task. Establishing a secure communication path between the source and the destination node is more significant in the network scenario to accomplish the process of data routing. Accordingly, the failure of nodes along with the routing path result in path failure and it results in data loss. Therefore, an effective data routing mechanism is developed in this research to ensure the communication process to be more effective by employing the proposed Whale Spotted Hyena Optimization (WSHO) algorithm. The proposed WSHO is derived by the incorporation of the Whale Optimization Algorithm (WOA) and Spotted Hyena Optimizer (SHO), respectively. Accordingly, the process of data routing is accomplished by considering factors, like energy dissipation, distance, trust, and delay. The data security process is employed to secure the communicated data through the privacy preservation model with different security factors. Moreover, the proposed method achieved higher performance in terms of energy and trust 0.4432J, and 0.5124, respectively.

WSHO: Energy and Trust Aware Protocol Using Whale Spotted Hyena Optimization Algorithm in IoT Integrated WSN

The hearing aid system is used for hearing impair patient communication, but the hearing aid's main issues are improper communication, power dissipation, delay, matching error, and low complexity. Many existing filter bank techniques are developed to overcome these issues but still have the problem of delay, unwanted noise, etc. This paper has designed a Tuned Feed forward Variable Bandwidth Filter (TFVBF) to enhance the Hearing Aid System (HAS) by reducing unwanted noise, matching error, and complexity. Moreover, the developed technique is implemented in MATLAB and it achieve low rate in power consumption and delay. Thus, the gained performance metrics has enhanced the HAS's performance by reducing, unwanted noise, matching error, and complexity. Finally, the attained performance metrics of the developed technique using 50 bands are compared with existing replicas in terms of matching error, delay, power consumption, and complexity for checking the effectiveness of developed replica.&nbsp;

Abstract: The Ankle is the most important part of the human body, which provides support to entire body. If instability is present in the lower limb of human body then Ankle foot Orthosis (AFO) is used to control that instability by maintaining exact alignment of ankle part and controlling the motion of human body. An (AFO) is an artificial component that supports the ankle, foot area and extends from below the knee down to heel. The AFO which is available in developing countries like India are usually imported which are expensive and requires more time to procure. The AFO imported has many challenges such as improper design of component same as human ankle. So it is planned to design and develop a low cost option with similar safety standards. “ANALYSIS AND OPTIMIZATION OF CARBON FIBER COMPOSITE FOR ANKLE FOOT ORTHOSIS AND FOOT DROP” - A CRITICAL REVIEW.

The paper aimed at a detailed case study of cross-passage, which is forced to design and construct by connecting the station box and main tube tunnel of Marol Naka station in Mumbai Metro Line 3, since the marol Naka is densely populated area and elevated metro line is passing over an underground station, therefore further excavation of tunnel is done through the cross-passage. In these station, the cross- passage is constructed for public utilities for connecting the station box to the platform and also for the emergency exit. During tunnel construction, the cross passage is excavated after the main tunnel has been constructed. At the same time, the safety of the cross passage and the stability of the tunnel must be ensured by instrumentation and monitoring. Design of the cross- passage is achieved according to the principles of “New Austrian Tunnelling Method’ (NATM) and the composite lining structure is adopted. NATM is used to widen the station platform which is initially tunnelled by the TBM. The dimension of 230m long and 15m wide Marol Naka station has 16 cross-passages which are constructed connecting the station box to the platform; the observations and the designing part- Finite Element method is used in order to evaluate stress deformations induced on the cross-passage. A Case Study of Constraint Cross-Passage Construction in Urban Tunneling

Humans in which humans may control machines with their brains. Understanding current new technologies, such as Brain-Computer Interface, can help to ensure that successful solutions become a part of daily life. The latest advancement in Human-Computer Interaction is the Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) (HCI). BCI allows for either directly generated commands between external software applications and the human brain (active BCI) or communication between individuals and machines, resulting in a seamless and advantageous user experience (passive BCI). With over 100 billion nerve cells, the human brain is responsible for numerous sophisticated executive activities such as reasoning, task planning, and thinking processing. As a result, the brain generates a significant amount of neural activity, which can be used as input in a variety of BCI applications. This chapter provides a thorough examination of the current state-of-the-art of a complete BCI system. First, a brief introduction of BCI systems based on electroencephalograms (EEGs) is provided. Second, a large variety of well-known BCI applications are examined in terms of electrophysiological control signals, feature extraction, classification techniques, and performance evaluation metrics. Finally, the problems with modern BCI systems are explored, and potential remedies to the problems are suggested.

Important information can be found in captured images, scanned documents, magazines, newspapers, posters etc. The information in these images is highly available nowadays and they are very important in describing, representing and moving information which help people in communication, productivity, cost, analysis etc. The information from these image documents would provide a much higher ease of access if it is converted to text. The process by which text is extracted to plain text is known as Text Extraction. Text Extraction is useful in information editing, documenting, archiving, searching, or analysis of image text. However, a lot of differences in these texts because of size, orientation, and alignment, low resolution/pixelated image, and complicated and noisy background make the issue of text extraction an extremely difficult one.
