In the Digital and IT revolution we find ourselves in, the importance of Computer Engineering cannot be stated enough. The global IT industry is valued at around $ 3.7 trillion. And despite the size of the industry, it still clocking a growth rate in excess of 4%. All the industries rely on IT for managing their inventories, for creating the software’s for their automated factories and sorting to storing and analyzing the vast amount of data we now generate, every human enterprise has IT embedded within its structure.
We at MIT-WPU recognize this. The School of Computer Engineering & Technology regularly arranges seminars, guest lectures, and workshops by industry experts for students and staff to keep everyone updated and relevant to the modern IT industry. We have signed MOUs with leading IT industries such as C-DAC, TCS, Persistent Systems Ltd, Bitwise and KPIT to promote Industry-Institute interaction. Our dedication and pioneering research ethics is best represented by the fact that upwards of 20% of our final year students secure admission for higher studies at renowned Universities abroad and institutes of repute in India. We endeavour to increase that percentage each and every year we exist.
