Background: The study attempts to evaluate the reasons of attrition in the organization from the perspective of the existing as well as the leaving employees; compare and identify the gaps, if any between the perspectives of these two employees groups. The study also aims to critically analyze the utility of 'exit interviews' for analyzing the reasons of attrition. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in a 150-bedded hospital in Ahmedabad, India, during May-July 2015. Exit interview data of forty leaving employees were collected and reviewed. One hundred existing employees were interviewed through quantitative and qualitative methods to understand their perceptions about attrition in the organization. Results: Attrition rate of 26% was observed in the study and 57% leaving employees were nurses. 70% leaving employees cite blanket reasons such as better opportunity and personal reasons during exit interviews. 72.5% leaving employees believed that exit interview is largely for record purpose and 11% were unsure of its utility. However, when existing employees were probed qualitatively, a variety of responses were received. 65% existing employees quoted salary issues, partiality/poor recognition, improper assignment of tasks and monotonous work as reasons for attrition in the organization. Conclusion: Exit interviews somewhere fail to probe into the real reasons of attrition. To improve retention, organizations must monitor their existing employee's intention to continue working in the organization and any sign indicating a poor intention to continue must be addressed immediately to avoid ripple effects. Moreover, to use exit interview as a tool to improve employee retention, leaving employees must be interviewed in-depth to uncover the actual reasons for quitting the job.

A qualitative and quantitative study of the reasons of attrition in an Indian hospital

Industrial revolution and technology advancement as well as the misuse of environment resources has brought attention among the people towards the environment pollution and its exploitation. This paper aims to investigate the effect of different age group of consumers towards the usage of green services offered by the hotels. The structured questionnaires were distributed to 700 respondents, where 463 responses came out. After collection of data, ANOVA test has been used to know the difference among the different age group in their awareness, perception of consumers, preferences of consumers, willingness to pay and consumer green acceptance behavior and also, Tukey's Post hoc test in ANOVA has been used to determine which age groups differ from each other. The major findings suggested that consumers having age group of 29 years or younger and 40-49 years would have difference in their willingness to pay as compared to other age group of consumers but with respect to ecoliteracy, perception of consumers, preferences of consumers and consumer green acceptance behavior there is no difference among age different age groups. It implies that age can be the major moderating factor in influencing consumers in using green services in hotels.

Our life depends on famers on this day of our lives. But we are so busy in living we tend to neglect that the producers of the source of our energy is decreasing day by day and facing tremendous problems which are yet to solved. There have been many suggestions as well as solutions provided for their various problems which in fact do not reach them at all. This research paper is conducted to study the state-wise Farmers Suicide in India, to find out various reasons for the farmers suicides in India as well as to analyze the Farmers Suicide in India. The research conducted is secondary research. There has been a lot of various schemes developed which are not properly implemented or the actual sufferers do not get real benefits of the schemes released. Most of schemes must be reconsidered by the government and must see to it that benefits are properly served.

a Critical Analysis of Farmers' Suicide in India

Project Management has gained a significant importance in the recent years. Due to industrial revolution and competition, companies are undertaking projects for increasing their profitability, sustainability and product diversity. Surveys conducted at international level indicate that only 30-40 % of the total projects are successful whereas the remaining 60-70 % projects fail to complete within estimated time and cost. Risk management is one of the most important knowledge areas in the project management process. Effective implementation of risk management is of paramount importance for the project to be successful. This paper aims to explore the various critical factors for successful project management and also for effective risk management in projects through literature survey. The findings derived from evaluation of the publications led to the identification of twenty two different types of critical success factors associated with project management and fifteen different types of critical success factors associated with project risk management. This research work provides the awareness related to various critical success factors for project management as well as project risk management which can assist in developing appropriate strategies.

Exploring the Critical Success Factors For Project Management

The research is based on the " Study of Whole Brain Emulation " . Brain Emulation is the process of copying a person's mind or say brain and upload or copy it in an external substrata that can be a computer, a robot, a hard disc or any such computation devices. This study focuses on how people of different gender, age groups and occupations react towards the many possibilities of whole brain emulation. Their acceptability towards achieving it and allowing themselves to be a part of it. The research has been done by taking Online Surveys of individual users on their responses towards Whole Brain Emulation, via email. The research concludes the acceptance of the respondents on the multiple means of achieving Whole Brain Emulation, we observe that most respondents are neutral towards the entire Whole Brian Emulation Process and living in the virtual space, while most still accept the possibility of achieving immortality and find it as a boon towards terminally ill patients. Also from the many modes of achieving Whole Brian Emulation, most respondents choose Neural Scans over other methods, while questionnaires to create an Artificial Intelligence of themselves remain the second most preferred means of achieving it.

a Study on Whole Brain Emulation

India is country with rich diverse culture, traditions, lifestyles, food habits and tastes. Today Consumer preferences are changing and are becoming highly diversified. At present, the demand for foods that are based on traditional Indian recipes across different states India and abroad is increasing. May it be Punjabi dishes from the state of Punjab or South Indian dishes like Dosa,Idli, Uttappas from the South India, or Dhoklas, Jalebis, PavBhaji from Western India or Bengali sweets from Eastern India or Chinese dishes, people have developed a flair for these tastes. Thanks to the companies manufacturing these cuisines under the head of Ready-to-Cook or Ready-to Eat foods, which has made it easy to have access to these varied tastes of India under one roof. There are many reasons which can be attributed to the growth of Ready-to-Eat food in India. Some vital reasons are paucity of time, declining skills to prepare several traditional Indian food, changing roles of women and rise in globalization of Indians and Indian food. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the opportunities for Ready-to-eat food in Indian market.
