Financial inclusion in China: an overview

This case is related with the biggest 2020 scam by one of the major new private sector banks (i.e., YES bank). The case is related with the misuse of the power of banks in providing the benefits to one person, due to the power and influence granted by the political party leaders that influence providing unlimited loans to one person and further the acts of the bank officials that led to the partial breakdown of the banking system in India. Further, the case deals with the major accused and the shell company's creator as DHFL. The present analysis put lights on the future lessons to be learnt by various sectors in order to prevent heavy losses and loss of customer faith (being the most vital component). It starts by giving a background of the crisis that led the RBI to come into picture. It also shows the effectiveness of the actions of RBI for YES bank. At last, it points out the importance of independent management and the roles of auditors and other regulators in dealing with this crisis.

Human Being's life is the most significant asset and life-insurance is the most significant sort of insurance which gives financial protection to theindividualhimself/herself and to his family at the hour of dubious dangers or harm. Life insurance gives both safety and protection to people and furthermore encourages investment funds among individuals. The present exploratory based investigation was chosen with a target to analyze those factors which impact client's strategy purchasing choice and furthermore examine the inclinations of clients while making decision about insurance policy investment. Different insurance-related factors have been examined in the paper. Also, the said study has been conducted to know the satisfaction level of the clients and also to know the benefit they have been receiving from the company (if any). The information for the research has been gathered from primary data. The study zone is restricted to Maharashtra state and the test sample is 30 investors. The hypotheses have been based on the basis of demographic and the factors related to the insurance-based preference.factors and tested the same with the help of statistical tool T-test. The analyzed data had been produced in the form of a tables and graphs/charts. Insurance agencies should spread more awareness about life insurance, a decrease in the premium amount and giving more attention to need-based innovative products are a portion of the recommendations which I would suggest. The paper closes with the segment that factors of the individuals play a significant and essential role in choosing the purchase of insurance policies.

Study of Investors' Preference for the Selection of an Insurance Product

The purpose of this paper is to identify and rank the significant factors that influence customer experience in bancassurance. The paper also aims to develop future research agenda in this area. The study is based on secondary information collected primarily through the review of existing literature. It is found that pleasant and welcoming branch environment, multiple service delivery channel, brand and prices are the significant factors influencing customer experience in bancassurance channel. This finding will assist the Policymaker to allocate resources in designing strategies to improve customer experience by considering the factors such as pleasant and welcoming branch environment, multiple service delivery channel, brand, prices, service quality and friendliness of bank personnel. Experience that a customer gain throughout these factors should be made unique and memorable. This study is the first one that uses the literature review method in the area of bancassurance, in particular and customer experience, in general. This paper will be useful to researchers, academicians and those working in the area of bancassurance and in their understanding about the various factors that influence customer experience in bancassurance. This will also help them to assess the avenues of customer retention in bancassurance.
