Financial inclusion in China: an overview

This case is related with the biggest 2020 scam by one of the major new private sector banks (i.e., YES bank). The case is related with the misuse of the power of banks in providing the benefits to one person, due to the power and influence granted by the political party leaders that influence providing unlimited loans to one person and further the acts of the bank officials that led to the partial breakdown of the banking system in India. Further, the case deals with the major accused and the shell company's creator as DHFL. The present analysis put lights on the future lessons to be learnt by various sectors in order to prevent heavy losses and loss of customer faith (being the most vital component). It starts by giving a background of the crisis that led the RBI to come into picture. It also shows the effectiveness of the actions of RBI for YES bank. At last, it points out the importance of independent management and the roles of auditors and other regulators in dealing with this crisis.

So employees need to manage stress and remove their occupational illness. The objective of this research is to determine how occupational health psychology is being handled in IT industry. Along with that I will analyze the importance of stress management from the organizations point of view, identify reasons, effects and stress release strategies. I have used primary data of the IT industry to study how health and safety measures can be taken to remove the mental and physical illness of employees in IT sector. Secondary data is also used for analysis purpose.

Insider Trading Regulations are not much a talk of past in India as India is a developing country so laws of India are continuously get amended. Now India follows SEBI (Insider Trading Regulation), 2015. Countries like U.S.A. have these laws from a long time and by getting motivated from U.S.A. securities several other countries followed the path and made Insider Regulation for their own countries. Companies in India are also allowed to have their own Insider Regulation which needs to be in harmonization with the Insider Trading Regulation. By looking at all this scenario a need was felt for this scenario to examine and analyse. This study covers the comparative analysis of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Insider Trading Regulation of U.S.A. It also discusses the problems and issues in implementation of Insider regulations in India and probable solutions through US laws.

Unprecedented globalizations have witnessed double digit economic growth resulting in fierce competition and accelerated pace of innovation. As a result inflow of Foreign Direct investments has become a striking measure of economic development in both developed and developing countries. FDI and FII thus have become instruments of international economic integration and stimulation. Fast growing economies like Singapore, China, Korea etc have registered incredible growth at onset of FDI. Though US captures most of the FDI inflows, developing countries still account for significant growth of FDI and rise in FII. FDI not only gives access to foreign capital but also provides domestic countries with cutting edge technology, desired skill sets, tools of innovation and other complementary skills. The policies drafted to stimulate the flow of foreign capital in to India provided much needed impetus for India to emerge as an attractive destination for foreign investors. External factors such as global economic cues, FDI & FII, Exchange rate and Internal factors such as demand and supply, market cap, EPS generally drive and dictates the Indian stock market. The current paper makes an attempt to study the relationship and impact of FDI & FII on Indian stock market using statistical measures correlation coefficient and multi regression. Sensex and Nifty w ere considered as the representative of stock mar ket as they are the most popular Indian stock market indices. Based on 11 years data starting from 2001 to 2011, it was found that the flow of FDI & FII was moving in tandem with Sensex and Nifty. The study concludes that Flow of FDIs and FIIs in India determines the trend of Indian stock market.
