Vehicle Selection Predictor is a new and important concept in transportation studies. In recent years, prediction model was designed for the prediction of prices of vehicles. In this project, we are trying to build a prediction model for vehicle selection based on its usage. In this project, we consider the problem of vehicle selection for transportation using a multicriteria decision-making approach. The problem includes several conflicting factors which are economic and technological factors. The vehicle has its own specifications/factors like load that it can handle, average of the vehicle, design of vehicle etc. Based on these factors the transport agency should choose a vehicle for a particular delivery. Hence, to predict the selection of vehicle depending on its specifications, the system will be designed by using machine learning algorithms. While designing the model feature selection is a very important aspect. This paper mainly focuses on feature selection and building the predictive model.

Transport Vehicle Selection Predictor

Heat transfer enhancement with respect to void fraction (i.e. vapor quality) is investigated in a flow boiling of R407C using twisted tapes in a tubular evaporator of 13.40 mm inner diameter and 2m length. Following operating conditions are considered for investigations: (i) heat flux – 1.5 to 9.5 kWm-2; (ii) mass flux - 150 to 300 kg s-1 m-2; (iii) evaporating temperature ranging from -150C to +150C; (iv) average void fraction( vapor quality) -0.05 to 0.90. Heat Transfer enhancement due to twisted tapes is found to be varied with respect to void fraction (vapor quality) and operating conditions. 10 to 40% void fraction is found to be most suitable range for heat transfer enhancement for all operating conditions. Twisted tapes of twist ratio 12, 10 & 8 are compared for their heat transfer performance. Twisted tape of twist ratio 12 has shown maximum heat transfer enhancement.

Heat transfer Enhancement against Void Fraction in Flow Boiling of R407C using Twisted Tapes

Purpose: Today the innovative tool used for enhancing the efficiency of Supply Chain Management is Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM). This paper aims to identify and rank the major indicators and sub-indicators that help achieve successful implementation of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) in Indian Manufacturing Industries. Design/Methodology/Approach: Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) is used to identify indicators, which have been identified through literature review and experts’ opinions from industry person and academicians. Findings: The examination arranges GSCM usage methodologies into principle sixteen pointers and 48 sub markers. Primary pointers are Non-Members of Supply Chain, Top Management Perspective, Eco Product Design, Eco Procurement, Eco Manufacturing, Internal Environmental Management, Green Packaging, Eco Marketing and Communication, Eco Logistics Design, Environmental Performance, Operational Performance, Economic Performance, Performance of Human and Technological Resources, Performance of Vendor Management, Owners' Satisfaction and Customer Co-activity. These pointers are found to assume a vital job in greening the inventory network. Research Limitations/Implications: Here we have used the opinion of the experts from academics and industry to compare pair-wise indicators. Practical Implications: ISM model and MICMAC can be used for both cost and efficiency benefits in GSCM performances in Indian Manufacturing Industries.

COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW OF GENERIC OBJECT DETECTION FRAMEWORKS USING DEEP LEARNING APPROACH

Web-based applications has gained universal acceptance in every field of lives, including social, commercial, government, and academic communities. Even with the recent emergence of technology, most of applications are accessed and controlled through web interfaces this work proposes a multistage log analysis architecture, which combines both pattern matching and machine learning methods. It makes use of logs generated by the application during attacks to effectively detect attacks and to help preventing future attacks. The architecture is explained in detail with a proof-of-concept prototype is implemented using pattern matching and Bayes Net for machine learning. Experiment outcomes show that the two-stage system has combined the advantages of both systems, and has improved the detection accuracy. The proposed work is significant in advancing web securities, while the multi-stage log analysis concept would be highly applicable to many intrusion detection applications. In proposed system we are use Intrusion detection technology on net banking application to detect various types of attack that affect net banking application.

Intrusion Detection using Machine Learning and log analysis

Mouthguards (MG) are used to reduce injuries during contact sports. Thickness of MG material is directly related to amount of energy absorption ability and hence reduction in energy transfer to skull. Many studies had shown that Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) is best suited material for MG. Studies had been conducted on EVA material to find optimum thickness. As the thickness of Material increases its Impact absorption ability is also increasing. Beyond 4 mm thickness its rate of energy absorption reduces very much, Also beyond 4 mm it is not comfortable for the wearer. Studies were also conducted on the inclusion of air cells in EVA material and showed that its absorption ability increases significantly. But a detailed study using different materials, designs with different combinations were not conducted. So there is a need to conduct studies on it.

Studies on Mouthguard Material Thickness for Minimum Energy transfer to Skull -A Review

The majority of people nowadays are facingthe time management issues with travellingdue to improperschedule. So there is need for a system which helps them to schedule their trip with proper time management. This papergives the system which helps the user who wanted to schedule a trip. The application users only enter the place which theywant to visit and it will display all the details about that particular place and their nearest visiting places. Hence thisallows the user to easily know about that place instead of searching the whole internet for the trip he is going to make.After that system generates the schedule of the trip with the time constraint. Admin can also manually add the placedetails like their GPS locations, nearest visiting places, visiting time etc. Also, they manage the place information anduser accounts.

Smart Travel Scheduler: An Expert System for Tourists A Survey

Concrete is one of the popular construction material used all over the world. But, over the last few decades,polymer concrete is being introduced in order to fulfil various constructional requirements (such as zero water absorption,quick setting time, earthquake resistance, impact barriers, high flexural strength, chemical resistance, etc.) The objective ofthis project is to improve the properties of concrete by incorporating polymer system so as to make it suitable forapplications like industrial flooring, thin section precast walls, etc. The project aims at evaluating compressive strength andwater absorption of polymer based concrete system over conventional concrete with and without fibrous reinforcements. Thesystem consisted of Polyurethane (water based emulsified resin), hardener, white cement, fine silica and fibrousreinforcement (polyester fibres).Overall, six formulations with varying fibre content were used for the studies. The standardsamples based on conventional concrete as well as polyurethane based concrete system were casted and subsequently testedfor compressive strength and water absorption after 28 days’ post casting. In both the cases, it has been observed that thecompressive strength did not increase drastically with varying content of polyester. The polyurethane based concrete systemhas very low set (curing) time as compared to conventional concrete. The compressive strength achieved by polyurethanebase concrete within 3 days was around 80% of its total strength (28 days) while conventional concrete achieved strengtharound 60% of its total strength within 7days of time. In case of conventional concrete there is necessity of water for itscuring while polyurethane based concrete water present as dispersion medium itself serves the required purpose. It was alsoobserved that polymer system based concrete has compressive strength comparable with M35 mix design of conventionalconcrete. Hence, using polyurethane based concrete material for ordinary and standard conventional concrete applicationscan be beneficial.

Stress is the mental condition of the human body thatcauses it’s dis-functioning. It affects adversely on body partsresulting in health disorders. Traditional method of stressdetection includes lab tests done by doctor. Besides traditionaltechniques, sensors are used to measure physiological signals,as these signals make it easy to detect stress. Based ontechniques of data collection, this paper is divided into twotypes, one for In-lab experiment, in which participants wearvarious sensors on their body which is invasive for real timeapplication while in second, data was collected from sensorswhich are already available in the handy devices of participantsuch as smartphone, wearable devices etc. Different types ofsensors and their uses are explained in this paper. Automaticreal time stress detection systems can be developed. This paperlists various algorithms used to gain more accuracy in detectingstress. This paper is helpful for the fellow researchers who willbe working on automatic stress detection. Various studies inthis domain have been reviewed and this is a primary effort insummarizing the highlights of the previous research done instress detection domain.

Stress Detection Using Smartphone and Wearable Devices: A Review

The survey work of flood affected area of river basin is significant factor in flood management. The floodmanagement work is done by analysing water discharge and water profiles at different cross-sections of river basin. Riverbed plays crucial role in distribution of flood water and water velocity profile. Hence topographical detailed survey is verymuch essential for flood management works.Traditionally topographical survey work is carried out manually by using total station to acquire detailed data on theactual spot by the people on the ground. On the other hand, in aerial surveying UAV borne mapping system is developedfor survey purpose of river basin in which digital and infrared cameras are used along with GPS. This paper focuses oncomparative study between conventional topographical survey and drone or aerial photographic survey by using the HECRASsoftware for achieving results. The comparison is done on the basis of flow rate, water depth and velocity across theflood plain of river. The evaluated parameters in the study provides a guideline for the decision making process for waterresource management projects
