Overview of the current advances in lead-free solder, with highlighting the effects ofvarious alloying elements is discussed in this paper. Also discussed is nanoparticleadditions in solder alloy, as new prospects for innovative ways to enhance solder strengthand reliability. Developing a high strength solder not containing lead is a challengingtask, and we still needs to advance our knowledge of ternary and quaternary lead-freesolder systems, from physical metallurgy. This paper discusses various alternative leadfree solders.

In that model they have introduced VACCUM INSULATED PANEL (VIP) inside the product to reduce the heat load on compressor. The VIP of type A has been used which is having thickness of 32 mm. Experimentation &amp; Analysis of Door Sag for Refrigerator

Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) have proved to be influential in image classification techniques. However, CNN has not proved much useful in time series prediction. This is because of the causal nature of time series data. With proper modifications in the architecture of CNN the model can perform well on time series prediction as well. However, the modification and design of CNN architecture require expertise and knowledge of data. In order to tackle this problem, a genetic algorithm solution is proposed, that designs its own optimal CNN architecture and was proved useful in predicting time series data. The robustness and accuracy of the model were tested on our dataset and compared with an RNN architecture. It was found that the CNN model performed well irrespective of the duration of prediction and these results are comparable to state of the art optimal RNN models. © 2019 IEEE.

NeuroEvolution : Using Genetic Algorithm for optimal design of Deep Learning models.

Crowd feature extraction is important step for crowd density estimation. This paper proposes a simple and novel approach of feature extraction applicable for crowd density estimation. A 5×5 mask is proposed for extraction of density, which finds isolated components in the image. This helps in classification of the density in five levels using SVM and ANN classifiers. The method can be used for intelligent surveillance system in public places. It can easily be used for embedded applications. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2019.

An Efficient Approach to Feature Extraction for Crowd Density Estimation

In recent year with the intensive use of the information technologies, data security has been turned into a critical and important issue in organizational management. Various Standard and rules are there for the security of Information, for example, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27002. However, organization face different challenges for implementing the standard. In this paper, we present the status of the ISO/IEC 27001 execution process in a Small and Medium Sized Enterprise. By executing ISO 27001, organization got the chance to prove authenticity and show the clients that the organization is working according to recognized best practices. It helped the organization "IKSC Knowledge Bridge Pvt Ltd." in reducing cost, risks, and increases the brand value. Best practices of auditing in an organization using ISO 27001 standard

Probability of spare components adequacy is very crucial within the method of conventional operation of companies. This paper focuses on the military’s order forecasting of standby parts which has been paid much attention in military supply line which ultimately has the impact on nationwide guard finances. Formerly used time series analysis method needs more upgrading and precision so the machine learning ensemble techniques like Bagging and Boosting are proved to be useful for enhanced accuracy and suitability. Inventory dataset related to military like the most used aircraft, period during which aircraft saw the most runs, types of weapons used, etc. can be forecasted by applying ensemble learning. The principal advantage of using Ensemble techniques is that the model’s randomness is reduced and thus perks up the precision for stipulated forecasting.

Demand Forecasting of Anti-Aircraft Missiles Using Ensemble Techniques.

The screw compressor is a favorable rotating displacement compressor with a screw-shaped piston. The primary components are male and female rotors that move towards each other while the volume between them and the housing reduces. In an industry, the compressors are one of the highest power consuming machines. Hence, to decrease the power consumption, the efficiencies of these machines need to be at the highest level at all operating conditions. There are different geometric and installation parameters of the screw compressor that influence screw compressor efficiency such as inlet and outlet ports, rotor size, lobe mixture, rotor length to diameter ratio, clearance and primarily rotor profile. There are very limited or no literature available with open access for the design of a screw rotor profile. This paper focuses on the initial steps to be followed during the design of screw rotor profile. Various curves have been used to generate rotor profile. The curve used in a particular area of the main profile is the sine curve. The study presents profile generation using above mentioned curve. An analysis and comparison of the performances of this profile with widely used profile in the commercial market. Profile used here for comparison is ―N‖ profile developed by City, University of London, UK

Investigation On Twin Screw Compressor Rotor Profile

The noise and vibration analysis plays a major role for determining the root cause for various faults in a diesel engine. The components of I.C engine produce noise and vibrations due to variation in loads and unbalanced forces which reduce the life of machine. So, it is essential to identify the major sources of vibration and its location and also to reduce the noise to avoid failures in the system. In the present study, experimental modal analysis is carried out for various 3-cylinder engine components to determine resonant frequencies in the system, which have been performed by using roving excitation technique. Then the results of experimental modal analysis are verified by using FEA. The experimental vibration analysis has been carried out at the speed near to the resonance conditions to find out the amplitude of vibrations. A structural borne noise mapping is carried out to know the exact locations of the noise sources. So, based on the results of noise and vibration analysis, structural modifications have been made in the corresponding components of an engine and the improved results have shown that amplitudes of vibration have been reduced by 35 to 40% and the structural borne noise level also reduced by 3 to 4 dB (A).

Noise and vibration analysis for source identification of three-cylinder diesel engine using FEA and experimental techniques

Bent tubes have a lot of various industrial applications. It is required for the transportation of fluids or gases. It also used as construction elements in all industries like car, aviation and shipbuilding industry, refrigeration and air conditioning technology, furniture industry. The objective of this paper is to understand the material deformation occurring during the bending of the tube bends and study the effect of parameters viz. bending radius, bending angle, springback on ovality of tube during bending operation. Tube undergoes certain deformation during the bending process which introduces various defects in the tube bends. This will lead the acceptability of tube bends for certain application. For better understanding the approximation of the defect it is necessary to reduce it at the manufacturing level itself. The testing uses different bending die to differ the bending radius and tests are performed at different bending angle. These whole data has been used to find the different defects and also to find the stress induced in the bends using FEA software package.

Parametric Analysis of Tube during Bending Operation

Polypropylene (PP) is one of the fastest growing thermoplastic polymers in the world, second only to polyethylene. This is primarily due to its excellent balance of physical and chemical properties at a lower cost. PP however possesses low melt strength on account of its linear structure and hence is not easily amenable to processing techniques that involve free surface stretching deformations like thermoforming, blow molding and extrusion film casting. One way to enhance the melt strength of PP is to incorporate long chain branches in its molecular architecture. The present study focuses on the impact of rheology of linear and branched PP on their thermoforming characteristics. Two grades each of linear and long chain branched (LCB) PP homopolymer and impact copolymer (ICP) were used. It was observed that the LCB-PP homopolymer and LCB-ICP showed higher flow activation energy, reduced value of loss tangent and nearly equal frequency dependence of storage and loss moduli in shear rheology. Also, a strong strain hardening behavior was displayed in extensional rheology by the LCB grades. Plug assist thermoforming experiments were carried out to assess the effect of long chain branching on surface strain and thickness distribution for axisymmetric cups of two draw ratios. Biaxial surface strain maps of the formed cups were quantified using Grid Strain Analysis (GSA). Thermoformed cups made from LCB-PP homopolymer and LCB-impact copolymer showed lower surface strain and overall higher thickness as compared to cups made from their linear counterparts, which is in accordance with what might be expected from their rheology.
