Smart antenna attempt to enhance the received signal, suppress all interfering signals, and increasecapacity. Beamforming is one of the mostly used antenna technique. It adjust the radiation beam in one specificdirection also reduces multiple access interference. It also reduces common channel interference and multiple pathfading, in result it increases capacity of mobile network. In this paper two antenna beam forming algorithms arecompared. These two algorithms are Recursive Least Square (RLS) and Minimum Variance Distortionless Response(MVDR). Outputs of these two algorithms are in weights. By using these outputs weights, two parameters i.e. MeanSquare Error and Power Beam Width are calculated and two algorithm are compared by this parameters and respectiveresults are discussed.

Evaluation of Building Energy Performance

A real-time object tracking approach is important in video surveillance. Security and surveillance systemare main problem’s which disturbs the industry, shops, hospitals and other places. The proposed algorithm is entirelybased on color concept of an object. It simple and robust method which is effective in video surveillance system. Hue,saturation and value property based on features are used to track the object in real time. We implemented the proposedalgorithm on Raspberry Pi board using OpenCV on Linux background. It is a novel and efficient object trackingmethod which solve the tracking problems and removed the drift problem.

Object tracking using embedded platform for video surveillance

For rapid development of network technology data is needed to be communicated over the network. Although network transmission is convenient and fast, the data is often attacked. Steganography is used to hide the data in the images. Images used for carrying data are called cover images and images with embedded data are called stego images. Data is embedded in the images in such a way that it should be detected by human eyes and it should be robust so that it offers resistance to various image processing methods and compression. In this survey paper our focus is on development and current status on data hiding techniques in spatial domain of images. Keywords-Steganography, stego image,least significant bit(LSB), optimal pixel adjustment process (OPAP), diamond encoding(DE).

In market there is many navigation systems like guide dog, assistive systems which are used for visually impaired person (VIP). Smart navigation system is a different than above mentioned systems because it gives combined service foe VIP. This system provides indoor navigation by using Radio Frequency Identifier (RFID), outdoor navigation by using Global Position System (GPS) as well as obstacle detection by using ultrasonic sensor. User will give the starting and ending location then this system will give voice instruction to reach at destination by detecting obstacle also. This system can specially use in big campus like industries, big institutes where it will act as guiding map.

Smart Navigation System for Visually Impaired Person

This paper includes a detailed study of fire fighting robot and how this robot is going to useful in fire-proneareas. It is going to monitor prescribed area with the help of drive mechanism which is operated by lithiumbatteries and IR sensors which are very useful in detecting fire. Electronics also plays an important role here. Motor is used to operate the fire extinguisher. The procedures of selection of drive-trains and various aspects ofmotor are explained in this paper. There are various issues between wheel and track drive selection. Analyticalwork of chassis where all parts are assembled on the chassis is also shown.

Study & Design Of Fire Detecting and Fire Extinguishing Robot,

Wireless sensor networks is emerging technology these days. There is very wide range of uses of this technology, from military purpose to medical purpose. The sensor are small and compact and can be deployed anywhere. These sensors are low in cost. So it performs important tasks for low cost. They can be deployed in hundreds to some thousands in quantity. This makes wireless sensor networks prone to different types of attacks. One of them is Node Replication attack. In this attack the attacker takes the Id of one legitimate node and make replica of it and place those node inside network. As sometimes the sensor transfers confidential data so it is important to protect it from these types of attacks. Different algorithms are developed to detect these replicated nodes. In this article we are proposing a detection algorithm that can be used to detect replication attack. This algorithm is named ND-RED(Neighbor Division-Randomize Efficient Distributed) Algorithm.

A Review On Non Invasive Measurement For Hemoglobin

Side impact crashes are one of the most severe accidents and account for roughly 30% of all fatalities in road accidents involving passenger cars and light trucks. By considering this reason, in many countries legislation has been put into place with minimum requirements for injury parameters in side impact crash tests. Various structures have been used for the purpose of achieving safety such as side bars, crumple zones, crash cones and energy absorbing padding’s. The padding is usually applied and located in vehicle door for securing the pelvic, the abdomen and the thorax area. The amount of absorption of occurred impact versus push load is important to obtain acceptable levels of the injury parameters as stipulated by legislation. This enables designers of passive safety systems not only to save space, weight and cost but also increase safety ratings. In this review paper , we will study the approach from the latest trends in the vehicle and occupant safety by the application of energy absorber in side impact crash .
