The research is based on the " study of Gesture Recognition Technology " . Gesture Recognition Technology is mathematical interpretation of human gesture in computer science, using different computational devices to understand various gestures and do the appropriate action in a computer or any computational device. The study focuses on the user's interest towards gesture recognition technology, if they are willing to buy new technology to access gesture control and also the choice of implementation of those devices. I have used quantitative research methodology to get user's responses and have found that most users prefer using web cams as means of gesture recognition and also most respondent are not acceptable towards buying new hardware to avail gesture control. So according to my findings, I suggest developing software products to implement gesture recognition with already present hardware instead of buying new hardware technology.

A Study Of Employee Referral Program in A Leading IT Company in Pune

This research is been conducted to make people aware about use of renewable resources of energy and to promote the use of mahavitaran application and use of smart meters.It is necessary to know the importance of utilization of Renewable resources of energy as non renewable resources are getting depleted very fast.This study is an exploratory and descriptive approach for determining utilization of renewable resources of energy. It was found that most people did not use renewable source of energy and the most of the users utilizing renewable source of energy needed secondary source of energy. Also more than 50% users were aware of mahavitaran App and utilizing it and also more than 50% of the users had installed smart meter.From the derived interpretation from percentage and graph we suggest that more people should utilize solar energy as renewable source of energy as solar power is more radiant in pune area where as if needed people can utilize secondary source of energy in less amount.In terms of mahavitaran App and smart meter , as more people need to get acknowledged about their usage and advantage as so Mahavitaran should advertise and promote their products. Also in mahavitaran App due to less offers and slow update on system , more people are using other Apps instead of Mahavitaran App. Therefore mahavitaran should solve these issues as soon as possible.

a Study for Analysis of Energy Utilization

The RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a technology that is mostly used for automatically identifying and tracking the objects. The old age people can help themselves and simplify their work by using this technology. The purpose of this study is to find out need of the RFID technology with the IOT base technology for helping old age people, so that they can do their daily job by themselves without any help of other. In this research, exploratory and descriptive both research designs are used.

a Study of Need for Process Automation and Monitoring Using Radio Frequency Identification (Rfid)for Old Age People

The study attempts to investigate the customers' perception towards bancassurance channel. Customers' perception towards bancassurance is studied by considering six attributes, namely, compliance, tangible infrastructure, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The study is based on primary data collected using structured questionnaire from the customers buying life insurance policy of SBI Life through different branches of State Bank of India in Guwahati City of Assam. Cronbach's alpha is used to test the reliability of the questionnaire. Other statistical tools like Mean, Standard Deviation, Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Friedman test were used to arrive at suitable conclusion. The study finds that customers have favourable perception regarding reliability, responsiveness, empathy and assurance of bancassurance channel. Customers perceive that bank's tangible infrastructure is adequate for providing insurance service and the bank has moderate compliance with insurance related rules and regulations. Favourable customers' perception towards bancassurance channel is very important as it is expected to bring more customers for the bank.

Measuring customers' perception in bancassurance channel using psychometric scale

Introduction/Background: The presence of experienced and skilled team is an asset for any industry to have, none more than the hospital. The cost and effort involved in hiring and training new employees is a not just a serious investment, but also a liability. In this study, we have analyzed the attrition rate of a multispecialty hospital quantitatively. Purpose: As attrition is a serious concern for any hospital, it is necessary to find possible solutions to not just solve the problem but also to mitigate it. Methodology: This was a cross sectional study conducted in a multispecialty hospital. The data was collected on a 5- point Likert type agreement-disagreement scale. Cronbach`s alpha was used to assess the reliability of the data. Results & discussion/Findings &interpretation: Overall Cronbach`s $\alpha$ for instrument was 0.962 which showed high reliability of the instrument. Major reasons for employee attrition were Supervisor behavior (28.67%), Salary Issues (15.3%), Lack of Coordination (18.67%). Research implications: The results presented in this study would serve as a useful resource for the hospital management to consider and potentially address the issue even before they start to occur. Novelty/Originality: This is an original research done for studying the reasons of employee attrition in hospital.
